Egham Gateway - Magna Square

We helped to turn Runnymede Borough Council's bold vision into reality with this residential-led town centre regeneration scheme. Triumphing over the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, this ambitious initiative has successfully welcomed renowned brands like Everyman Cinema, Starbucks, and Loungers, elevating the local experience for residents and visitors alike. We are dedicated to creating a dynamic environment that promotes community engagement, creativity, and a strong sense of belonging. We are proud of the role we played in this significant transformation and the promising future it brings to the town.
